What we store. Your name, email, and your participation history, including which activities you registered for and attended, the distance recorded at check-in, your points, and any achievements you've unlocked. If you add them, we also store your city, profile picture, Instagram handle and date of birth (the last one is optional and only ever shown on your own Training Card).

Registering without an account. You can register for an event with just your name and email. We save that as a basic profile so your registration, check-in and points are waiting if you make an account later with the same email.

Event update emails. We only email you about new events if you tick the box to hear from us, and you can change that at any time on your Account page.

Why. That's the entire product: organising events and tracking who shows up, so we can run a community ranking and rewards. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or share it with third parties.

How long. For as long as you're a member. You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. This removes your name and email; your past check-ins remain only as anonymous totals so the community stats and other members' history stay accurate.

Your rights. You can download a full copy of everything stored about you at any time from your Account page, and request deletion the same way.
